Carta Nevada Brut uses the same luscious Spanish grape varieties as Cordon Negro Brut and Extra Brut, embracing Macabeo, Xarel-lo and Parellada grape varieties, with slightly higher alcohol levels and a dosage of 15 grams per liter. The light, fruity Macabeo, blended with the robust, powerful depth of Xarel-lo, and the demonstrative finesse of the Parellada grapes delivers a great balance of aroma and acidity.
